I have fought with body image issues since I was a teenager and at one point I had an eating disorder and went from nearly 200 lbs to 118 lbs. I was starving and miserable. One day I finally learned to love myself as I am and I ended up gaining weight and being happier with myself than I have ever been. My focus now is health, not weight, not numbers. I do not weigh myself as I think it can cause an unhealthy obsession for a lot of women. I go by how my clothes fit and more importantly how I feel. I love my hips and I love my curves.
